Hi Experts,

I am Basis Consultant.I am facing following error

Recursive occurance of Virus scan profile /scet/gui_upload in the sequence /scer/gui_upload.

I mainatined the gui_upload in virusscan settings.

can you please help me resolving the error.

-> what for files do you upload? Compressed files like zip or normal files?

I mainatined the gui_upload in virusscan settings.

-> you mean you configered and exclude directory in your virus scan settings? Which vendor is it?

Some more details would be nice to understand your problem.

Thanks for the reply..we want to deactivate completely because it is a test system.Do you have any document which support this.

Hi,

which antivirus vendor is it like Kaspersky, McAfee or what? Did you try to deactivate the antivirus and did you check if you got any problems then?

yes it is a eror when our Fi functional team trying to upload a file we are facing the error..
