Delivery address fields not getting copied to PO

Hello

We are on SRM 7.0 , SP07 , ECC 6.0 , EHP4

Delivery address fields of Shopping cart ( Building, Floor , room ) are not getting copied to PO delivery address.

Please let me know the resolution

Note 1474133 - Building LONG value is not transfered to Backend document.

Shopping Cart items containing long building data under Delivery Address/ Performance Location are not transfered to the corresponding backend documents.

Hi Ashish,

Is your system using PI/XI? We encountered similar problem last year at SRM 7.0 SP5 and raised an OSS message. The problem was resolved after applied below notes:

0001393329 Partners are not copied to items in PO from SC

0001397600 Incomplete address data in purchase order

0001459097 PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1: Ship-to-location not correct

0001464447 Delivery address not copied to classic PO created from SC

0001465730 PurchaseOrderERPRequest_V1: Mapping for delivery address

Yah we are using SRM 7.0 SP07, with PI , SOA architecture . Which notes can be used.

None of the above notes are helping our issue.

Hi Ashish,

It is very bad to know that the same problem re-occurred in SP07. You really need help from SAP OSS.

I should also beware of apply SP to SRM 7.0 in the near future. Update us for any solution come from SAP.

We have raised OSS SAP ticket for last 15 days and even they are not able resolve this and now they have send to next level of support.

I am not able to understand why in SRM 7.0 as we are going to upper service pack , basic functionalities are breaking down and its causing lots of issues...

Hi Ashish,

When we implemented SRM 7.0 SP3 last year and then applied SP5 later, we also found that some basic functionalities are breaking down. Anyway, a complete test is necessary.

your ticket moved from primary support to technical team.

since primary support team realised that it needs some indeed correction and it will be resolved by technical team and they will create a correction note for you.. the status might be telling you that sap is working on it.
