I have activated version management for RFx response. But I notice that the version numbers are not correctly displayed
The first time i changed the response, system displayed versions 1 and 2
When I changed the response again, system showed version numbers as 1, 1 and 3
Any idea why it did not display the versions as 1,2 and 3
