error in Idoc

Hi All,

i am facing an error while posting a idoc:

1) PU Withdrawn qty exceeded by ...Qty : Article DC SLOC

2) PI Withdrawal qty exceeded by u2026Qty: Article DC SLOC

I just wanna understand what does "PU" & "PI" stands for ????

Hello Saurabh,

I too don't have idea about there description.

But i think if you go into the purchase order related to the IDoc and goto delivery tab in the Item Level and check mark the Unlimited field and reprocess the IDoc, your error might get solved.

Dear Saurabh,

these are standard error you would receive in case the stock is not availabel for issue. You can kindly double click on the error message and you would find the exact meaning of PU & PI - I am sure.
