Hello John

The primary download location on SAP Service Marketplace is https://service.sap.com/swdc

There you choose installations and upgrades in the left pane

Next you choose Browse our Download Catalog

Then you choose SAP Technology Components in the right pane

Then you choose SAP Solution Manager in the right pane

Next you choose the version (new installation then you should choose) SAP Solution Manager EHP1 in the right pane

Next you choose installation and upgrade in the right pane

Then from the options that are revealed you choose the relevant OS for which you want to install

Then you choose the database which you will use

After these steps you will have a list of DVD's on the bottom of your screen

Kind regards

Tom

Contact to SAP,

They must have disabled your Solution Manager License or have not you the license yet.

Hello John,

This is an authorization issue as the software is there and is available, however in your screen shot it is clear that your access is limited. SAP Solution Manager is available at no additional cost to SAP customers. It is included in the Support offerings. You can download it and install it with the temporary license, and request a permanent license via the portal.

So there seem to be a problem with your Service Marketplace account and your access to SWDC (Software Dowload Center)

I would advise that you open a message on this componet XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC to ensure your message is routed to the correct team and encounters no delays due to mis-categorization of the problem.

Regards,

Paul

Hi all,

does anybody know how to get software for the new Solution Manager 7.1 Service Desk WebService API? We implemented a connection between the Solution Manager and an external system with the use of the Solution Manager 4.0 Service Desk WebService API. But later in this year the new Solution Manager 7.1 version will be released (I think this will be in August 2011). To check if our current implementation will work with version 7.1 it would be glad to get the WSDL for the 7.1 Service Desk WebService API. Does anybody know how to get the WSDL (if it is already released which I do not know).

Thanks a lot
