How to Copy Issues/Messages from a template Project

Hello ,

While copying a template Project , we cna copy almost all kind of document types .

But issues and messages are not copied to new project , which is a copy of template project .

Is there any way to copy issues/messages (object type : BMIS and SAIS ) from original Template project to new project .

Please suggest .

Hello Garima,

There are no tools available to move messages from one CRM based SAP Solution Manager system to another. Such a functionality was and is not intended.

I understand that Messgaes cannot be moved from one system to another .

I just want to make confirm whether there is any way to copy these messages from one project to other in same system .

It would be great if you could make any comments on this if you have some idea .

I went through various blogs and forums .

FInally I got a document on service market place COntent Transfer .This document states that we cannot transfer Service desk messages . It seems client copy can move the service desk messgaes as they are client dependant . But we need to transfer them we just want to copy them .

If anybody has some solution to copy these service desk messages kindly reply .
