How to hide a planning book

Dear Gurus,

I want to hide a Planning book so that end users don't see it anymore when they use Tcode /SAPAPO/SDP94.

Can someone help me?

Hi Steeves,

The only way for other users not to use your planning book is to use authorization object. You can set the authorization to limit the access to planningbooks (authorization object C_APO_PB). From SAP standard deliveries, it's impossible that the user has the authorization, but the planning book is not visible to him/her.
