Facing problem in S_alr_87013558

Dear all,

We are facing problem in the s_alr_87013558 report where users are

changing the default setting of the number format, because of which

different years are showing values in different format. Due to this

users are not generating correct report.

For example report is showing values in lacs for year 2011 and values in crors in 2011.

So how to restrict the user to change number format

or if change the number format, it should be same for all report i.e for all fiscal years and total values.

Pl guide.

Hi,

Go to CJE6 & select the form 12KST1A, click on column heder & do the number formation as u required(clicking on number format button).

make sure to set the factor always against the required decimal places.

do the all formating for all required forms you are using
