putaway strategy

Hello all:

I create some new bins as follow 100A1,100B1,100C1...100H1,under storage type H01 whit putaway strategy B.

And i also define sort sequence for putaway. Let system will first select 100A1,and 100B1.100C1..

But when i do putaway the system select 100G1 as first one.why this happen? These two bins only have diffrernt picking area indicator.

Does this indicator can affect putaway strategy?or something else can?

How to solve this issue,can anyone gave me some advice?

Hi

In your strategise for st bins have you made sure that your bin types are allowed in your st type and SU type etc

It may be that your bin type is not allowed in to these bins

This is all under OMM1

Try to process the TR in foreground (e.g. from LB10) --> when system navigates you to LT04 choose "Putaway Foreground" (F5) --> choose (menu) "Environment" > "Stor. Bin Search Log" - it may help to find out how system determines the bins...
