ECC Upgradation

Dear Gurus ,

We are now using R/3 4.7 32 bit with windows 2003 server and MSSQL in our Production server . We are not purchasing a new server for ECC Upgadation . We have to upgrade ECC 6.0 in the existing server itself . Kindly provide me the steps for Upgrade .

Just for completion:

the process is called upgrade, not upgradation (no offense).

I suggest you start reading the upgrade guides for ERP 6.0:

Be aware that you need to have a Solution Manager system installed and configured to generate the upgrade key and to generate the necessary XML files for EHP4.

Also keep in mind that you may run into runtime/performance problems if you stay on a 32bit platform.
