error localhost cannot create new RemoteLoginContext

Hello,

We have a problem with Visual Administrator in Enterprise Portal 7.0 SP22. When try connect the Visual Administrator show this error in the trace "error while trying to login to localhost cannot create new RemoteLoginContext".

In the trace visual administrator show,

Hello colleague,

The all instance in console MMC is green. We can´t use the Visual Administrator, not is possible show the service in Visual. How to start the Visual Administrator?
