How to maintain in house as well as third party inspection activities in case of procurement in SAP?
Third inspection have done outside.

Are you talking about where part of the inspection is done in-house and remaining at third party location.
For example machining is done in-house and then part is sent to external vendor for grinding . and you want inspection both after machining and after grinding.
If this is the case, you need to use "external processing in QM" refer to page 36 of attached link

This can be a big session but I would try to tell you in short ...........
1. in house this is the std way by activation the Quality Info record QI01->for this in QM view you have to activate "Insp Procurement" with procurement key with release..
This will put check on the Procurement in-house.
2.For Third party It depends on the process whether GR & PO is Made in house or by 3rd party.
if GR is made in 3rd party premises QM in procurement can not be used.
If GR is made in house then you can explore "Source Inspection " in QI01
