Logging problem after input credentials given

Our system SOLMAN 7.1 EHP is running on DB2 and windows2003 server. Since yesterday when we log in, throws a dump which shows a message SQL error in the database when accessing a table. We are not able to access any database table or any transactions.Below is the detailed error message:

Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

Date and Time 13.01.2011 12:30:54

Database error text........: "SQL0290N Table space access is not allowed.

SQLSTATE=55039"

Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/READ/AGR_HIER ]"

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

Hi,

Check if your Archive log directory is full.

Check if your tablespaces are full.

Thanks for the reply.

I cheked the archieved log file directory,it is not full and enough space id there and also how to check the table space through os level.Because am unable to log in now to the system and no transactions working.
