print privew for purchase order

Hi expert,

I created one smartform & driver prog for PO output and attached to output types in NACE transaction.

but when i am trying to see print priview in ME23N transaction, it is dispalying as

"No messages found (Please check your input)", but i given proper input (purchase order), so how can i see the print privew

for PO in ME23N?

And i have one more requirement regarding language translation. i need to translate the form into chinese language,

for this i tried in SE63 transaction, selecting SSF and enter sourec lang as EN and Dest lang as ZH and i click EDIT.

But it is displaying "incorrect Code Page" ( we have installed chinese language package ). so how can i reslove this

issue.

So please help me in this.

Do a cross-check in NACE. See if correct smartform, FROM routine and Program are assigned.

Secondly, Check in TNAPR table. You can find your Form info in this table.

In ME23N Click on Goto, then Messages. Check here if your output type is maintained. Click on Communication method button and check the destination.

For language translation into chinese, check if your system has this language installed.

Try SCN search for more info on this.

Thanks for your reply, I checked in NACE Transaction, every thing is maintained, i.e Form, Routine & Driver Program.

Coming to ME23N Transaction i am not able to find any output type in GOTO menu path, and when i clicked on "Communication Method", it is dispalying as 'select output', so how can i add output type in that.

Please help me in this.

Hi Reddy,

Output type is not automatically maintained. You need to set that manually. As said, Click on Goto, then Messages, Define your :

output type (The one maintained in NACE for your print program and  Smartform)
Description
Print Medium (Set as Print Output)
Partner Function
Partner and language

Then Save all that.

Go to Communication method and set the destination.
