com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION

Hi All,

We have installed cProjects BP in the portal and it has been configured and it communicates with R/3 system.

While accessing Portfolio Management the following error is displayed,

"com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to SAP gateway failed Connect_PM TYPE=B MSHOST=sapretail GROUP=public R3NAME=RET MSSERV=sapmsRET PCS=1 LOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode ERROR partner '192.168.16.25:3301' not reached TIME Thu Jan 13 11:37:04 2011 RELEASE 701 COMPONENT NI (network interface) VERSION 38 RC -10 MODULE nixxi.cpp LINE 2835 DETAIL NiPConnect2 SYSTEM CALL connect ERRNO 10060 ERRNO TEXT WSAETIMEDOUT: Connection timed out COUNTER 1 "

Hello Yuvaraj,

Check JCO's communication is happending with properly or not with corresponding backend systems.

GO to Webdynpro Tab in Portal and test JCO Connections.

Looks like JCO Communication is not happening.
