Can you elaborate on what you want to monitor.
Do you want to prvent lock table overflow error?
We had an lock table overflow on one of our systems, i wanted to know if there is some process which will monitor the lock table so that we can get notified when the lock table starts filling up

You should be able to configure CCMS alerts (RZ20).
Do you have any monitoring for other things like database usage, short dumps and such? Otherwise it might be useful to think about that too.
