The plant address will not just change without cause. If you could provide some additional information as to the process that is being executed when you are seeing this anomoly occur in it would be helpful in driving you to the exact root cause.
A couple of things to keep in mind. There are other organizational objects that contain addresses other than just plant (ex storage locations, Shipping points, and plants that are created as customer/vendors to support the STO processes). Depending upon the process being executed, one of these addresses could be the culprit. Check table T001W for your plant ( TWLAD for Plant/SLOC & TVST for shipping point, LFA1 & KNA1 for vendor / custoemr respectivly) and get the address #. Then validate that against the adress info defined in table ADRC.
