Hi,

RCA set up has been done correctly, we are getting the below error

No config stores found for 'SID 002********" JAVA or no changes found' ''

No config stores found for "SID 002********" ABAP or no changes found' '' during change analysis.

Checked Extracter framework and Store administration, couldn't see any errors.

Could you please let me know what else could be the cause ?

Sounds like you may have defined the system incorrectly in SMSY.

Have a look at SAP Note - 1265070 - Diagnostics - Setup of Managed Systems.

It contains a link with detailed information on how to make these definitions.

Thanks, actually we found that ISAgent log shown it requires restart, upon restarting JAVA instance it worked fine.
