We have configured SRM system with Lotus notes for offline approval of SC and PO. Recently we came across this issue where approval was not happening in cases when the signature of the approver contains an image.

Which direction email has that issue?
SRM -> Lotus Notes or Lotus Notes -> SRM ?
Does it work if there is no image?

When the approver approves the SC or PO from Lotus notes (Lotus --> SRM)when their signatoure contains any image the approval doesn't go thru.
It is normal process where the approvers have logo of the company in their signature.

Please check reply email has reached to SRM in SCOT transaction. If it is not in SRM, please double check email is sent out from Lotus Notes side.
