Min Space Required to Install XI

Can anyone plz tell me minimum harddisk space and RAM required to install XI on DEV box ? And this should include the space required to install pre-req components like SAP ABAP WAS and Java Add in ?

So, Qstn is min. space to install XI from scratch ?

Hi Bob,

The minimum space in your hard disk for installing XI software is 30 gb.it would be sufficient if have 40gb hard disc space and u must have 1gb ram to gave a proper speed while working.U have to install java webstart to run repository and directory.

I could not find any specifics in the XI install guide.

Other forum links say mim RAM for DEV 2G and PRD 4G.

For hard disk I am getting nbrs from 60G to 100G.

I need exact nbrs with possible reference to SAP instguide or other SAP doc, which I can tell the client.

Do u know where exactly I can find it ?

Platform is HP-UX on Oracle DB.
