Auto log off of SAP EASY DMS

Hi All,

Is it possible for SAP EASY DMS to log off automatically if it is idle for some time .eg if end user is not working on sap easy dms for 5 or 10 minutes automatically it should log off.

Kindly let me know if it is possible , If yes how to go about it.

Hi Suvin,

you can use the RFC Timeout field in the EasyDMS preferences for achieving this behavior. Here you can enter a time value when the RFC connection to the backend system will be closed and the user got logged off from EasyDMS.

Thanks for the reply

It does work but then the problem is If I directly open a file from a

folder on server for eg Drawing file (acad) and start working on it after 5 min automatically it logs out.

As guided by you had kept the idle time as 5 minutes , Can you pls

guide how to over come this.
