How to proceed when two versions of a Data Object are set as active?

Dear Experts,

We are facing an issue moving from a working environment to another one (from Test to Quality one).

Trying to regenerate a Data Object after some CRs that applied changes on it, the following message is coming out: A previous generation has resulted in an error in queue SDOE_GEN_006_003.

The log is: No active or inactive version exists for Data Object 'ISS_ACCOUNT'.

Looking at the queue in transaction SMQ2, the queue is in u201Csysfailu201D status and the error is: Unable to uniquely determine Data Object.

Investigating the issue in the table SMMW_HDR, we discovered that the specific DO (Account in our case) is present twice with version MOS0025 (one in status u201CXu201D and the other in status u201CDu201D); moreover there are two Account DO in Active (u201CXu201D) status (version MOS0025 and MOS0026).

We found the OSS note 1114730 that is suggesting a solution for SP01 and SP02 of NWM, but we are using SP09.

Since the issue is tied to the double active version of the DO, how could we proceed to solve this incosistent status of the Data Object?

Thanks and regards,

Andrea

Please raise an OSS message for this problem. Problem has to be analysed from SAP side before suggesting any solution.
