workflow getting completed only few user are receiving message in SAP INBOX,

i have checked the user setting in Su01d, but i'm not able to find any difference,

Please let me know if i'm missing any setting.

this is for document distribution in CVI7 transaction.

Hi Kokila,

could you please provide us a bit more information about the usage of CVI7. Do you use a distribution list or is the document sent to several users within one order number?

Please check also the distribution log in transaction CVI9 for the initial order. Here you can see the current status of the distribution.

hi,

we are using several users within one order number , that is we had internal users in receipient list along with document information in CVI1.

in CVI9 the status is OK, but still message not received in SAP INBOX.
