Hello all,

we have a procject with a customer, but if we try to send an document, we get follow error back:

Message could not be forwarded to the JCA adapter. Reason: Fatal exception: javax.resource.ResourceException: SEEBURGER AS2: AS2 Adapter failure # Outbound configuration error: Failed to get configuration from DATABASE. MDN requested, but appropriate report channel is missing. Missing inbound relation between AS2From: 'YYYY' and AS2To: 'XXX_XXX_XXX'., SEEBURGER AS2: AS2 Adapter failure # Outbound configuration error: Failed to get configuration from DATABASE. MDN requested, but appropriate report channel is missing. Missing inbound relation between AS2From: 'Nov 'YYYY'' and AS2To: 'XXX_XXX_XXX'.

Have anybody a idea what we forgot ? What is the meaning for "appropriate report channel is missing" ?

Which version of PI and Seeburger has been used with ur case

Hi,

whenever you are sending out a message over AS2, you need to configure 1 Sender report channel

i.e. transport protocal 'HTTP' and Message protocal 'Reports' and of course sender agreement for it.

In sender agreement Interface 'Report' and namespace 'Undefined'.
