Hello!
I have some additional questions about XI.
Are these technical support offerings supported by XI or not?
a) Training material for salespeople and administrators (videos, workbooks, etc )
b) Training classes at customer site or vendor site? Please supply a detailed list and description of those classes.
c) Defined strategy for making future enhancements, including alignment with HP-UX verions, Microsoft Windows Server versions, and Oracle or Microsoft Database version
d) Defined process for how you handle system problems, problem escalation policies and procedures.
