Unable to import transports after creating new Normal Maintenance Project

Hello,

We have the current transport path set up in Solution Manager:

DEV 030 (DEV)> DEV 200 (Unit Test) > NW3 (QA) > PRD (Production) > TR1 (Training)

We recently closed out our Normal Maintenance Project's task list and recreated it. Prior to doing this, there were transports waiting in the buffer for TR1. When I try to import these now, I receive an error about not being able to import to TR1 because the Project Switches are set to "Transports cannot be imported". It is also referencing the old project. Since that project is closed, I can no longer update the project switch. What do I need to do to get these imported into our TR1 box?

I forgot to mention that we are currently on Solution Manager 7.0, EHP1.
