SRM BRF approval process

Hi SRM Guru's,

I have several requirements for SC/PO /RFX Approval.

Shopping cart: Auto Approval/Once step approval/ Incompletion

RFX: Auto Approval/Once step approval

PO Change: Auto Approval/Once step approval

I have some idea to configure BRF and enhancement to get approver. But My question is:

u2022 How to identify the u201CTASK IDu201D in process level configuration for above requirement.

u2022 What exactly need to maintain in Resp. Resolver Name

I have saved the RFx & now it is in the status " awaiting approval", what are the things i have to do for approval, because i can not add approver.

Hi,

The workflow framwork is called Process-Controlled Workflow.

You can find task id in PFTC transaction. Please check Task Group 40000003 and 40000007.

>What exactly need to maintain in Resp. Resolver Name

Resp. Resolver Name is filter valu for agent BADI.
