Configuration wizard error

When trying to open the configuration wizard i get the following error

Consistent technical configuration can not be ensured due to following reason(s):

- The DB table ('BC_SL_ACTIVE_PARTS') contains no information about activated usage types.

For further information see internal note 982552.

I have tried to look up the note, but either it does not exists or it is an internal note!

I have tried to compare all the BC_SL_* tables with other NW servers working and can not see any differences.

When looking into the NW logs, i can se following errors

precondition com.sap.tc.lm.ctc.cul.precondition.UTTableCheck has failed. description : The DB table ('BC_SL_ACTIVE_PARTS') contains no information about activated usage types.

Does anybody know what else i could look for or have had a similar issue?

Have you tried with Note 1478085 - Missing Usage Types after SP Update of EHP1 for NW CE 7.1 ?

Hi Juan,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have seen the note but there exists records in the BC_SL_PARTS table, so the precondition for the note is not fulfilled.
