New records in WF

Hello Experts,

Vendor data gets imported into my mdm system regulary.

How to create a WF for the below requirement.

- On the newly imported records a assignment operation need to be performed. How can we filter the incoming data to WF only the newly imported records.

And next time when the WF is triggered a fresh set of Newly imported records should be in WF.

Also can we schedule a Workflow instead of triggerring it on rec import/update/delete ???

Hi eva,

Create a workflow and mark trigger actions as "Record Import".

Under your import map configuration options under the field property "Check Out/Workflow" select your workflow from drop down and save the map.This will help you in triggering the workflow during your record import.

For scheduling the workflow you can use MDM ABAP or JAVA API
