Shopping cart approval status

Hi Friends,

I have one strange issue in SRM 5.0 (SRM one client-add on ) in shopping cart.

The SC is overall approved and header level status is approved, follow on documents also created. But if we see approval status at item level its still showing awaiting for approval.

Can anybody throw some light on this as to how we can change the item level approval status to approved?

What is the document status and workflow status in BBP_PD transaction?

Hi Masa,

The document status is I1113 follow on document created and WF status is completed. Its Item based approval WF.

So, system/DB side has correc status and issue is in just UI display.
