Hi ,

I saw a different thread discussing the same requirement.

I wish to understand your business case and at what point of time in a productive scenario that requires deletion of instances in CDS with out deleting from BE.

In the latest release of NW Mobile 7.3 which is in ramp up cphase currently, there is an option called CDS deletion and retrieval where based on some defined criteria.

But mostly this is meant to clear irrelevant data in DOE that is already available in Backend, hence helping the scalability of DOE in long run of productive usage.

that's only avaiable from sap netweaver 7.3.

presently we are using sap netweaver mobile 7.1.

that option is not present in sap netweaver mobile 7.1 then what's the way to delete the cds data without deleting in backed ? would you please explain the procedure?
