I see some Jobs are deleted in my system so unable to check when and who scheduled them
Is there any entries in any tables whrere history of all the scheduled Jobs even if this no more maintained in the system

There is a way of doing it, but it is well hidden.
See SAP Note 850885 and generally the options of table BTCOPTIONS for it.

Do you mean all the instances of the Job even the past completed ones are deleted. Sorry you cannot get the details back, unless you have an audit process/offline documentation in place.
