RAR: Org. Level analysis -> no results

Hi,

we have set up RAR with our ruleset and analysis provide correct results. However, then we try to execute an analysis for e.g. company code 1000 using org.level analysis we get no result at all. Did we miss any configuration step to be able to use org. level analysis ?

Is background job running in RAR to pull data from backend system.

And the backend system from which data is to be pulled, is RSCOLL00 job running hourly on that system.
