Casual Buyer problems

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this is but hope you can help me!

I have gone into SAP and tried to go into the Shopping Cart - Limited Function. I cannot get into it at all. I have no idea why. Please see below the error message:

Cannot Start Transaction

The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "BBPSC03" because of the following error: .

© 1996u20132007, SAP AG

It does not say what the error is!

If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.

Is this an isolated error (faced by you only) or are all the users getting this error

As far as I am aware I am the only person receiving these error messaging. However, a few people are experiencing SAP difficulties. Could it be then a technical issue?

Can you test the service from SICF.

Also check if the services have been published

Yes. You can check SAP Basis Administrator and take his insights . I will also check from my side and keep posting you.

What SAP SRM version are you in SRM 4.0 or SRM 5.0?

Is it happening in Production system ( web login)?

From when you get this error ?

Is it happening suddenly ?

Hope you could create limit sc earlier but now system gives this error?

Are you a new BUYER ?

Are you first time you log in to the SRM system?

Are you having this problem only when you try to create a limit shopping cart?

Hope you could do other sourcing activity without any problems.

How do I find out what version of SRM I am using as I am unsure?

The incident is not just restricted to the production system but seems like it is a wide spread problem and occurs across a variety of problems not just in casual buyer.... the error message is also now no longer dsiplaying - there is just a blank page.

I am not new to the system - I have been using it fine for 5 months and could carry out all relevant functions prior to this point.

I appreciate your help.

so recently all the Buyers has issue. no one could perform any work on web.

can you confirm?

i think you need to contact your SAP SRM administartor .

Issue seems to be little critical since most of the buyers are affected.

Ask your administrator ITS server running fine if it is External ITS server.

Hi

Limit shopping carts functionality is available via WEB with BBPSC01 transcation code.

Only BUYER and Admin may have access to create a Limit shopping cart since once you assign any vendor it can turn to Purchase order.

Can you elaborate more to help you.

Hi,

If you can not start other ITS transactions, it looks some basis technical issue. Please check ST22 and SM21 transaction.

If some specific user cannot start specific transaction, it may be authorization issue. Please check role assignment.

I have used the Shopping Cart with Limited Function before so it should not be that there are uthorization issues.
