ChaRM: There are no actions in the worklist

Hi!

I successfully configured the ChaRM functionality in SAP Solution Manager and my boss want to to modify the (ChaRM) workflow. So I have copied from the original profile and reconfigured the actions/tasks.

he wants to include the task before he authorize the change request. but Unfortunately when i create the request I am getting a message saying

There are no actions in the worklist

Message no. SPPF_VIEW_CRM101

Has some one any ideas how to solve this problem?

Hi,

Check your status profile and action profile

Scenario-Specific Settings --> Change Request Management --> Extended Configuration -->

Change Transaction --> Transaction Types --> Define Transaction Types

Feel free to revert back.
