mail notification

Hello.

i try configured mail notification in the solution manager with note 1275036, 691303

with documentation from internet

but i have problem:

Badi

object type SDK_SCHED_ST_CHD does not exist

message no. OO003

and in the transaction SPPFCADM dont have SMSD_SERVICE_ORDER_DNO, Then I create a new action in the SLFN0001_ADVANCED "Z_SLFN0001_ADVANCED_MAIL1" with "Start Condition" &CRM Service Process.User Status&=E0002SLFN0001.

When i change status from message, mail do not send to user, and do not visible in the transaction SCOT.

Please help me set up and solve this problem...

As of Support Package 19 of SAP Solution Manager 7.0, the BAdI implementation AGS_SDK_SCHED_ST_CHD is available .

Check you patch level and upgrade the system if necessary .

I activaated this badi, but mail notification is not work...

messages dont send in the business workplace...

yes, SCOT is setup. messages sends to Outlook from Business Workplace.
