Unable to launcjh the application:server error

Dear Experts,

Here when i am trying to acess the 'IR' & 'ID' of 'SAP PI dev & qual' system,the 'java 6 'version is showing the message 'Unable to launch the application'.when I am going to 'Details' part,it is showing message:

'Server returned HTTP response code:503 for URL: http://XISIT:50000/rep/repository/aii_ibrep_client.jar'.

where, XISIT = host

50000 = port

rep = repository (dir = directory)

(same message is coming for both 'SAP PI dev & qual' system & for 'IR' & 'ID' both).

Plese,suggest youe valuable ideas to resolve this matter.

Hi Rasmiraj,

first disable the proxy settings. Then click on ESR, then it will be open.

Hi

Delete the java cache from your system and try again.

To delete java cache...goto control panel...java..general..temprarory internet files..view..

delete the applications for ESR & ID..

Now try to login again...it will download jar files again

it may work..

i folliwed up your mentioned procedure,now it's showing message like: 'unable to load resource:http://[host]:[port/rep/repository/aii_iberp_client.jar.

Some times you have to repeat login for multiple times....it will download the required jar files.
