Product mass deletion in APO

Hi,

I want to delete some products in APO using t. MASSD.

What should I select in the Components and Atributtes to be maintained tab?

Hi,

1 You will set a deletion flag for all the location products which you want to delete by using MASSD transaction .

2. You execute u201C Delete Productsu201D background job from the transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1 > Extras tab

1) Transaction : MASSD : Set the deletion flag for location products:

The different tabs to be updated as an example as below:

Selection Tab:

Object Type : u201CProductu201D

Selection Criteria :

Component :

Header Data :product: >> Values : Specify values or keep blank

Location-Dependent Data :Location >> Values: Specify values

You may select one or more selection components as per your need. You may check the list.

Components are attributes to be maintained:

Component: Attribute

Location-Dependent : Deletion flag

When you execute, you get a screen with the products list on u201CHeader Datau201D tab and the Deletion Flag field with option of setting value on the u201CLocation-Dependent Data: Tab.

Hi LCD,

Not 100% sure but you might even consider deactivating and then reactivating an Materials integration model.

Remove the materials which are to be deleted from APO; from the Integration model. Create a new version of IM using CFM1

In CFM2 activate the new IM with Log Deactivate Material Master
