Messages do not appear in Test Workbench

Hi-

I've configured the Service Desk to enable messages to be created from status maintenance screen within STWB_WORK. With this configuration I have defined a ZLFN message type.

The messages are being created and show up in CRM_DNO_MONITOR but they do not appear in the Messages tab in the work list.

In DNO_CUST04 I revert the process_type field back to SLFN and the standard message types show up fine. However when I call the ZLFN message from this table they aren't appearing.

What am I missing?

I didn´t try it yet. But I think this may help you, if you try before me, please reply this.
