We have a some specific business requirements,
For example, we are transfered multiple line item from ECC part of external requirement into the SRM and group them created single RFx for the multiple line item. We received multiple RFx response from vendors. We have awarded some of the line item and issued PO/Contract. Those remaining line items need add to some more vendor to get more competitive price and specification with the same RFx. Because avoid another PR release strategies from ECC.
Current SRM 7.0 is not allowed to edit the RFx once awarded any line items. Our business user doesn't want to create another PR for the already existing requisition.
Why SAP SRM not allowed to edit the RFx once it has been awarded even some of line item still open? or any other options available.
