The standard sap dropdown list display only displays 10 values in the dropdown. In order to see the other values, you have to scroll down. Examples of this are Customer Group (VBKD-KDGRP) and Usage (VBAK-ABRVW) on the Sales tab in VA01/02/03. Is there any way to increase the default so that more than 10 values will display without having to scroll?
On the SAP GUI menu bar - try:
Help--> Settings and go to the F4 tab.
You should be able to control the number of entries shown on the drop down.

Hi Joan,
OK - I see what you mean. It's not really whether the field values are controlled by the Data Dictionary - it's just the way the fields are programmed in the VA01 etc. These field are defined as having a 'List box' instead of a 'Dropdown' in the screen definition.
I'm not sure if that can be controlled. It might be an installation default on the SAP GUI.
Best regards,
J Albert
