I would like to know if it is possible to create a QM notification to process a group of notification already created and that exist in the system.

In addition to this you can also explore QM10
No standard way.
If you want to analyse the quality notifications, try another transaction like QM11, QM15, MCVZ, ...
If own purpose, I would suggest you implement some customer enhancement like QQMA0001 with Z-table.
