We are currently upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0.
Our scenario is such that if the Shopping Cart details are complete it should create a PO in the backend.
All the details are correct , but still always creating the PR.
We have made the settings below :
SRM IMG->SRM->SRM server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings->Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders)->
purchase grp= *
product cat= Product cat org unit
source sys=backend
Int proc=always external proc 3
Ext proc=purchase order if item data complete, otherwise PR.
For some catalogs vendor is coming. Even though vendor is coming. PR is getting created.
For some catalogs vendor is not coming to shopping cart , that PR is fine. - But this is also a problem
Can anyone please let me know any config has to be done.
Or any one encountered the same issue before.
