error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden

Hi Friends,

Can some let me Know, how to solve this exception.

*The termination occurred in system CGQ with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.*

Note :

When i tested application, i faced with this exception.

Hi Friends,

We get this sort of exception, when there is a change in cardinality or if the service is not active.

To active service Go To>SICF>SAP->BC->WebDynpro.

You have to come up with more detail to get some useful reaction.

What kind of application , has the user has authorization etc.
