Integration of TRV with TM

Hi ,

I was considering how to integrate travel management and time attendance?

for our case, when travel request is approved I want to create attendance record at attendance infotype (2002)

how to get through this?

So when employee has business trip or any on travel activity, his attendance should be recorded automatically (i.e Travel is an attendance type).

For Example, when employee's trip is being approved by his line manager, automatically attendance type 'Travel' shall be recorded in his attendance info type 2002.

Note; we are not using CATS.

Hi,

you can add some code to function module "EXIT_SAPMP56T_002" -> User Exit: Save Trip (PR01, PR04, PR05)

so when the status is change to "approve" it will create a record on IT2002.

ask your abaper to do this.

it can be done..

I have test it.
