Dear all,
We are using the warehouse management module. Consider the following scenario.
1) SO Qtty - 10 To , Over Del - 0%
2) A Do is created for 10 To
3) WM Transfer Order is created for 10 To
4) Confirmation is done for 11 To, leading to picking qtty in delivery being set to 11
Now when I am trying to equate delivery qtty to picking qtty, system is throwing an error message saying that this is not allowed as the target qtty is being exceeded. Also, if there is no stock, the availability check takes place in the delivery order and not while confirming the TO qtty. I would ideally want all the qtty checks to take place while confirming the TO. Can this be done?
Hello,
When picking qty greater than the delivery qty are you making use of any difference indicators. SAP wont allow you to post the differnces until you use diffrence indicators for overpicked or underpicked qty. Also once your transfer order is confirmed, with overpicked qty your WM status must change to 'C'
You can activate following customizing checks for your scenario;
SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Shipping>>Deliveries>>Define Delivery Types
Select the delivery type say LF and in rescheduling tab set the indicator to 'A'
Now
SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Shipping>>Deliveries>>Define Item Categories for Deliveries
under quantity tab set Over delivery status as Error message also make correct settings in Availability check field
