VT01N - Why no delivery show up in the cockpit?

Dear Gurus,

In VT01N I have selected a:

- Transportation Planning Point

- Shipment Type (Individual Shipment copied from Standard 0001)

This brought me to the second screen where I then selected a:

- Carrier

- Shipment route

When I am trying to select deliveries, I am only using the shipping point ZSP2 and removing the "delivery status" by unchecking:

Total gds mvt stat. to

Trns.plan.status to

So by using the broadest search possible, the system doesn't return any delivery I can add to my provisional shipment.

Why?

Please can you help?

Check that your delivery type and item category are transportation relevant.

Also check if route is defined at your deliveries.

It's difficult ot answer since there might be many possibilities...

First of all, are you sure there's any delivery which is relevant to transportation?

If you are aware of such delivery, check it in VL03N > menu > Goto > Header > Processing) whether it is really relevant to transportation (field "TransPlnng" - VBUK-TRSTA).

If it is relevant, you should find out whether it meets all your selection criteria (e.g. transportation planning point) which were given in VT01N.

You should also check whether there's any value in multiple selection of fields (maybe you forgot to remove them - I think of especially of status fields...)

Please also check type of delivery...

Many thanks indeed for your valuable input yet again.

In fact, none of the deliveries that I created was ticked as being relevant for Transportation + no carrier had been allocated to them.

So I have sorted the problem as you explained and it works.
