Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory

I am using a new XI system. In IR when I am trying to "IMPORT SOFTWARE COMPONENT VERSIONS" iam getting the below error

"Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory "XXXXX:XXXXX" "

- > Ensure that SLD is UP or NOT.

-> Use Tcodes -- SLDAPICUST & SLDCHECK

--> On RWB - Component Monitoring - Check whether all ESR / ID components are in Green State .

-> Refresh SLD Cache ( Tools - Refresh SLD Cache).

Hi devreddy,

In Integration Builder page.CLICK ON ADMINISTRATION Chk the following parameters pointing to right SLD system and port.

After clicing on ADMINISTRATION Click on ALL PROPERTIES under Administration of properties.

parameters to be checked

• com.sap.aii.connect.cr.httpport

• com.sap.aii.connect.cr.name

*com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.httpport

• com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.name

Hello,

Please check if T-code SLDCHECK is working fine.

Perform Environment-->Clear SLD Cache in IR.

Also, check the Exchange profile parameters have correct server names.
