Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory

While doing 'import of software component versions' in the IR thro tools menu, I have encountered an error like below.

"Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory "***.****".

1. Check wether SLD is UP ..

2. Refresh SLD Cache ( Tools - Refresh SLD Cache).

3. On RWB Check whether all ESR / ID component are in Green State ..

4. is this a New / Fresh Work ?

ON RWB - Component Monitoring - Check all component should be in GREEN STATE

in your case ( ESR/ ID).

Have U gone through my given NOTES No : The Symptems Mentioned in that NOTES, are those Symptems match with your case too ?

Thanks.Yes i have checked that notes.But that notes are not relevant to my problem.

I have verified all are running good.Yes It is a fresh xi system.Is there anything i have missed.

This sometimes happenes after Fresh Installation

Check few More Things :

1. Use t-code SLDCHECK on ABAP stack to confirm the connection of XI system and SLD. Do you find any error ?

2. Check Following Parameter on Exchange Profile pointing to right SLD ( Fully Qualified Domain name) and PORT Too

com.sap.aii.connect.cr.httpport

com.sap.aii.connect.cr.name

com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.httpport

com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.name

IS Your SLD is a LOCAL SLD or on SOLUTION Manager. ??????????????????
