Hi,
While we create sales order by putting DUMMY sold to party
why sales order is becomes incomplete ??
what is the setting behind it??

Can you explain your scenario, why Dummy sold to party ? system only consider the fields maintained in Incompletion procedure.
So maintain those data and save the sales order.

Check the incompletion log
Check and enter the fields which are required for the sales order and then save.
Check the configuration in OVA2
